LUNA FAGERLUND

Each year millions of migrating birds use the Danish wadden sea as a vital resting area before their long journey south for the winter or north for the summer.

In collaboration with the Danish Wadden Sea National Park, I was in charge of the collection and processing of all the data necessary to illustrate the birds route within the East Atlantic Flyway through an interactive map. In total 13 birds species was included, analysed and presented individually in the map, creating an colourful illustration of their incredible journeys.
